After we left New Caledonia we would have five days at sea before arriving in Tahiti. So with five sea days ahead of us, we would have a great opportunity to see exactly what the Celebrity Solstice had to offer us. Well to be truthful we had already been on this ship for well over two weeks so suffice to say… we knew our way around.
We would often make our way to the Café Al Bacio for our afternoon snack and Aspen Coffee. This warm delight consists of:
- 1/2 oz. Kahlua
- 1/2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 1/2 oz. Frangelico
- Fill with hot coffee
- Whipped cream garnish
Now the reason I invited you all hear today was not just to give you some booze recipes and recommendations but as this is a photography blog you need a picture. As we sat in the café, I noticed a mirror just above us with the name of the café engraved into it…. and the reflection was the Pacific Ocean passing us by…
